Working with existing Arborculturists, CAD Bureau Southern have been producing thousands of Tree Constraints and Tree Protection Plans for over ten years.
Working from tree survey data, we can create Tree Constraint plans from topo / land survey CAD drawings.
Tree Protection plans can be created from the Architects / Planners proposal CAD plans. We add tree protection measures such as protection fencing, various ground protection types, felled trees, pollarding/pruning, translocation and protection orders.

Drawings for Ecology and High Hedge / Tree Disputes
We can provide drawings for all land related topics, ecology and land disputes being such examples.
For Ecology, we have provided drawings to show the locations of protected species such as lizards, newts and bats, or badger sets where there is a potential development in the area.
In the event of a dispute between neighbours over high trees and hedges, we can provide plans showing the locations of buildings, trees and hedges. Shading arcs are added to the drawings to show the impact of the high trees / hedges reduces natural sunlight to a neighbour.
