CAD Bureau Southern offers Pay As You Go support only when you need it with no contracts, no excess costs or bulk support packages that you never end up using.
You will be supported by a qualified Autodesk Certified Instructor who is an expert in the software. The CAD help is aimed at all levels from relative beginners to expert, however if you are a complete beginner we would recommend attending one of our Autodesk authorised courses where you will be taught in a structured manner.
How does it work?
We offer three types of support, each of which will be via appointment.
Site Attendance: A whole day, 1/2 day day or by the hour (20 mile radius of CO1 only).
Remote Connection Service: in 60, 90 or 120 minute sessions. All people that have attended one of our full training courses in the last six months will be entitled to a free 60 minute session.
Telephone & E-mail: Restricted to people that have previously attended one of our courses only.
What if we cannot solve your problem?
The CAD help is intended/restricted to the general use of each program, but we can still help you with some customisation, account issues and some installation issues. We cannot help you with licensing issues, that must always be done through your reseller. Whilst we have a good understanding of Windows operating system, we are not IT experts and cannot help you with IT issues that may affect the use of of your software. In the unlikely event we cannot resolve your issue during the allocated time, rather than waste your support time, we will attempt to resolve the issue outside of your session, calling upon Autodesk themselves if necessary. Some restrictions will apply and maybe chargeable but we would always confirm this first.

It is your responsibility to ensure that you can connect to the relevant video conference call providers. In the case of CAD help and/or 1 to 1 training we may need access your to PC. Please ensure that your IT department can allow this.
