Virtual / Remote CAD training CAD Bureau Southern can offer CAD training in a virtual classroom environment on a 1 to 1 basis or for individual companies / groups of up to six people. These classes can be for our of any duration from our normal three day courses or a one day refresher course. Note that we do not run virtual/remote training as a scheduled/open course. Benefits of Virtual Class rooms and CAD Help are:
Increased Convenience: work on your own computer/software from your home or workplace and can often feel more relaxed due to your environment. Your location is no longer an issue.
Reduced Costs: No costs arising from travel, accommodation, childcare or eating out.
Quality Assurance: courses are identical to our classrooms, and all courses will be supported by an official Autodesk Certified Instructor.
I cant leave my workplace? By working remotely you can keep on top of your daily work schedule during breaks and before/after the course.
Privacy: You control what you want the instructor or other attendees to see by granting access to your screen only with your permission.

How Virtual Classrooms Work AutoCAD / Revit / Fusion 360 / Inventor
STEP 1
Approximately 15 minutes before the courses starts, launch & familiarise yourself with the virtual interface.
STEP 2
Each Micro-session lasts 90 minutes whereby you can see & hear the instructor and their software directly on your own computer.
STEP 3
You can communicate with the instructor, by audio and/or visual, or text chat either publicly (other attendees can see) or privately.
STEP 4
Time will be made available at the end of each Micro Session for Q&A, or for you to catch up with your own work.
STEP 5
At the end of the course you will be asked to provide online anonymous feedback to help us improve our service and for you to receive your attendance e-certificate.
STEP 6
We don't abandon you. You will continue to have 12 months telephone support and a lifetime of e-mail support.

It is your responsibility to ensure that you can connect to the relevant video conference call providers. In the case of CAD help and/or 1 to 1 training we may need access your to PC. Please ensure that your IT department can allow this.
