All terms will be subject to English law.

Us, we, our, are terms that CAD Bureau Southern Limited will be known as herein.

They, you, delegate, are terms referred to the course attendees.

Whilst every effort will be made to keep to the advertised course content CAD Bureau Southern Limited reserve the right to change course content as it deems necessary and to reflect any changes in our approved courseware or new releases of software.

It will be assumed that CAD Bureau Southern will work with the latest version of software on their courses, unless otherwise requested by the delegate or their employees, or where it is not practical to do so, or where supply or 3rd party problems prevent CAD Bureau Southern from doing so.

CAD Bureau Southern Limited reserve the right not to accept bookings if they are from CAD Bureau Southern Limited's competitors or from organisations who may affect our business as a direct result from training.

Cancellations: We will charge the following rates in the event of a cancellation, 1-14 days before a course 100% of the course fee, 15-30 days before a course 50% of the course fee, over 30 days 25% of the course fee.

We endeavour to offer alternative dates if a delegate cannot attend a booked course through circumstances beyond their control, any medical problems or bereavements. Where we cannot offer an alternative date and payments received will be refunded less our administration fee. (15% of the total course cost).

Delegates may be changed at any time without incurring additional charges.

All delegates will abide by all Health, Safety & Fire practices in place at the course location(s) as well as other location rules such as no smoking areas. Health, Safety & Fire law will take preference over all aspects of all courses.

All delegates will be expected to behave in a manner befitting the course, that is to dress in a respectable manner, behave so as not to be a disruptive influence to other delegates, refrain from being under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs and not to be behave in a criminal manner. Failure to do so will result in the delegate being ejected from the course. No refunds will be available should this take place.

Courses should be paid in full at the time of booking. Where the cost is unknown due to course numbers being unknown, the highest known number of filled places will be the rate at which price will be based. Cheque refunds for the difference will be to given delegates on the last day of their course If the rate should fall into a lower category than that when they booked. Should there be any cancellations that affect the price range and result in a higher price CAD Bureau Southern Limited may invoice the balance to the delegate or their employer. Non payment of said invoices will result in interest being applied in accordance with the "Late Payment of Commercial Debts (interest) Act 1998".

Where invoices are issued, their payment terms will be 15 days from date of invoice

CAD Bureau Southern Limited will act to recover damages incurred by the delegates employer or delegate themselves for any neglectful damage to property or serious disruption to the course caused by a delegate.

CAD Bureau Southern Limited reserve the right to refuse a delegates entry to a course if they have not paid their course fees.

CAD Bureau Southern Limited reserve the right to eject any delegate flouting these rules. Any neglectful damage to property.

Any special needs needs should be specified on the booking form. CAD Bureau Southern Limited reserve the right to cancel a delegates entry to the course if this information has not been given to us prior to the commencement of the course and if it should affect the smooth running of the course.

Any information supplied to us on all booking forms will be treated in confidence and in accordance with our privacy statement.

All bookings will be subject to delegates and their employers accepting these terms and our standard terms & conditions which are available upon request.
